Very early in the morning, Mary Magdalene and some other women went to tomb where Jesus was buried. He had been executed by theRomans, buried, and sealed and guarded in his tomb. The guards were gone, the seals broken, the tomb empty. It was looked at. Jesus wasseen by some disciples, first Mary Magdalene, and then by the others , walking on a journey, inside a locked room. Often he was notrecognized at first.
Jesus has returned to life, changed, transformed. He has defeated death, and opened the way the way for us to enter into eternallife.
